Yes. I specialize in evidence-based therapy for anxiety, depression, stress management, and mood disorders. Many clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, burned out, or “stuck.” Together, we work on building coping skills, reframing unhelpful thought patterns, and creating sustainable strategies for emotional well-being.

Do you provide therapy for relationship issues or couples counseling?
Yes. I support individuals and couples navigating relationship issues, communication problems, conflict, trust concerns, and intimacy struggles. Whether you’re experiencing challenges in a marriage, partnership, polyamory, or dating relationship, therapy can help you strengthen connection, improve communication, and heal relational wounds.

Do you work with trauma and PTSD?
Yes. As a trauma-informed therapist/ psychologist trained in EMDR and trauma-focused therapy, I help clients process difficult memories, reduce triggers, and develop resilience. Trauma therapy can support healing from experiences such as childhood emotional neglect, loss, or past abuse.

Can therapy help with postpartum anxiety or depression?
Absolutely. I provide therapy for perinatal and postpartum mental health, including postpartum depression, postpartum anxiety, and pregnancy-related stress. Therapy offers a safe space to process the emotional, physical, and identity shifts of parenthood while learning strategies to cope and thrive.

Do you offer online therapy?
Yes. I provide secure online therapy (telehealth) for adults located in New York, Florida, and PSYPACT states. Sessions are conducted through a HIPAA-compliant platform, allowing you to access therapy conveniently from home or your office.

Do you accept insurance?
I accept Aetna and UnitedHealthcare. For other insurance providers, I can provide a superbill for out-of-network benefits for possible reimbursement by your provider.

How long does therapy take?
The length of therapy depends on your unique needs and goals. Some clients benefit from short-term, focused work (8–12 sessions), while others prefer ongoing therapy for deeper exploration and lasting change.
