Virtual Therapeutic Services

  • Individual Therapy ($225 per session)

Individual therapy provides a supportive space for adults to explore emotions, navigate life transitions, and manage mental health challenges. Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, depression, burnout, or the impact of past trauma, therapy helps you gain clarity, build coping skills, and reconnect with yourself. I specialize in individual therapy for adults seeking personal growth, emotional healing, and greater resilience through an integrative, trauma-informed approach.

  • Family Therapy ($300 per session)

Family therapy is designed to improve communication, resolve tension, and strengthen emotional bonds among family members. It can be especially helpful when families face parent-child conflict, major transitions, or chronic stress. I work with families to identify unhealthy patterns, support each individual’s voice, and create healthier ways of relating. Whether navigating blended family dynamics, caregiving roles, or emotional disconnection, therapy helps your family grow stronger together.

  • Couples Therapy ($300 per session)

Couples therapy helps partners strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and resolve ongoing conflicts in a safe and nonjudgmental environment. Whether you’re facing challenges related to emotional disconnection, parenting, infidelity, or relationship stress, therapy provides tools to reconnect and move forward. I offer relationship counseling for couples at all stages—dating, married, or co-parenting—using evidence-based techniques to foster healthier communication and deeper connection.

Virtual Psychological Evaluations

  • Comprehensive ADHD evaluation – $2500-$3000

If you’re struggling with focus, organization, or feeling “scattered,” a professional ADHD evaluation can provide clarity and direction. We specialize in adult ADHD testing to assess attention, impulsivity, and executive functioning. Our goal is to help you understand your strengths and challenges while identifying the right supports, whether that’s therapy, workplace accommodations, or medical referrals.

  • Comprehensive AUTISM (ASD) Evaluation 18+: $3000-$3500

A comprehensive autism evaluation for adults can bring understanding and relief if you’ve long wondered about social, sensory, or communication differences. Our assessments explore patterns of thinking, behavior, and interaction to determine whether you meet criteria for autism spectrum disorder (ASD). We provide thoughtful feedback and recommendations to support self-understanding, relationships, and quality of life.

  • Pre-surgical bariatric evaluation – $950

Before weight-loss surgery, most programs require a bariatric psychological evaluation to ensure you’re prepared for the lifestyle changes ahead. Our assessments focus on mental health, coping strategies, eating behaviors, and support systems, offering practical guidance and documentation for your surgical team. We provide a respectful, supportive process to help you feel confident and ready for this important step.
